FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED ACCOMMODATION!   Located 500 meters from Lake Balaton and the free beach on the silver coast, 1.7 km from the center of Siófok, we welcome our guests who want to relax in the summer pre- and post-season as well as in the high season.   The rental apartment consists of four bedrooms, as well as their own shared dining room, studio-style fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet, which is suitable for groups of eight to nine people or families with children.   The minimum number of bookings is 4 people. The minimum rental period is at least FOUR GUEST NIGHTS (five days).   In the garden area in the yard, grilling, cauldron making and oven baking facilities are also available for our guests.   There is a television in every room.   Quiet, green area. The beautifully built free beach is within 500 meters (7 minutes walk). Within half a kilometer there is a hypermarket, post office, restaurants, shops, bakery, amusement park. (Adventure park, go-kart track are available within two km   We provide parking for our guests' vehicles in the yard.   Tourist tax is payable separately, the amount of which is 500 HUF/person/night, from adults.   The reservation is made against 30%, by bank transfer or by sending a pink check.
